It’s bad enough that Apple decided to kick their early adopters in the side yet again. Granted this isn’t even close to as bad as the $200 price drop of the iPhone. But it still stings. The odd thing about this particular upgrade is that all the software come standard on the iPhone. So, why exactly do I have to pay an additional $20 for something that should have came standard anyway? Oh yeah, new buyers get the software standard.
The said thing is that I immediately paid the blood money in order to get the notes program I have desperately wanted since buying the stupid thing a few months ago.
Apple is starting to resemble Microsoft with their communist penny pinching squeeze every cent out of our customers bullshit attitude.
Apple penny pinches in many avenues. Look at their RAM prices. JJA posted on it a little bit back but they just rape the shit out of you on RAM prices. I personally will never be an early adopter of their products mostly because they really do rape you. Poor JJA having to pay $20 dollars for something that is free to others really isn’t that cool.
Oh well apple doesn’t care they make so much money
we are dorks
I agree that it is penny pinching. However, Apple is competing against a lot of companies and interests and I can’t blame them for acting like a business.
Its probably better business though to give it away.
Anyways – just wanted to say thanks for Dark Room. I love it. Reminds me of my old Apple II series of computers.
