Today I was intending to write a post about going to Ford Field, and how west coast high schools swept the state championships. But, instead I am battling food poisoning from the garbage they serve at Ford Field.

Don’t SPAM Me During the Holiday Season
Dear Big Box Retailer:
Yes, I am aware that this is the biggest quarter for you, and you are desperately trying not to fall deeply into the red this year. But, I have news for you: no matter how many spam emails you send me, I am not going to buy your shit.
If you actually want my business send me coupons to make my own sales (i.e. Barnes & Noble’s 40% anything coupons from last year). I honestly do not care about what products have the biggest margin, or what excess inventory you are trying to pawn off on me. Just leave me the hell alone.

Life After Obama
When I originally saw this I thought it was kind of depressing. Today, when I saw it again I realized how uplifting it is!
